IntroductionCSD is a quaint restaurant located on the Southern end of Court Street in Athens, Ohio. The diner strives hard to provide the finest quality of American food to its patrons through friendly service. Like many other business establishments, CSD discovers their customers' feelings and views about their food and service through the use of surveys.
While the survey itself is a convenient tool to gather primary data, it reflects a few flaws that have been overlooked by the creators of the survey. We will first discuss the strengths of the survey. We will then move on to their weaknesses and interchangeably suggest ways that the survey can be improved.
